The world is going through one of the worst and best times of human history with wars being fought by many countries and technological advancement reaching at its zenith. Ceasefire NOW: Palestinian lives matter, not Hamas

What a shame the so called international media are even failing to consider Palestinian children as children. Not a word on the condition of released Palestine prisoners and whenever reporters accidentally utter a word about them they cut it short and start describing the medical treatment offered to the hostages at the Israeli hospitals! Not even a mention about unjustifiable detentions of little girls and boys in the jails. Some of the released are children arrested and came out as teenagers and youths. Mediapersons everywhere are failing to maintain the objectivity and neutrality expected from the fourth estate! Hamas has brilliantly silenced Israel, its allies and the western media which were eagerly waiting to 'shock the world with reports' about the militants' atrocities on the hostages. India's Muslim inheritance law sexist, unfair

Every individual, at least in one stage of life, will be confronted by the religion he or she is born. One can lead a non-religious life but from birth to death religion makes its presence in different forms predominantly in an individual''s various stages of life - Love, marriage, inheritance and even death. The parents' religion determines a child's religion soon after his birth. Even before the child start realising the mundane life, religion is thrust upon them. I don't understand the prevailing system of issuing birth certificate bearing the religion of the child. Why the hurry to add religion as soon as a child is born? Let them choose their religion at a later stage. My topic is the inheritance law.We all know India is a mixed community which follows a constitution framed out of various constitutions from across the world.
